Hi, I’m Kristan Bryars.

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach and have been on my own personal health journey for many years. Coming from the corporate world for the first decade of my career, I learned through my own struggles the importance of being an advocate for your own health.

Often times we are presented with challenges and we can choose to work through them or let them run our lives. One of the largest challenges we are facing in America at the moment is our health. We are part of a system where overworking and over stressing are rewarded. We have a food system that is working against us rather than for us and we are constantly overstimulated by the technology in our lives. Its no wonder a lot of us are burned out, unbalanced and not in an optimum state of health. My ultimate goal and passion in life is to use the knowledge I’ve learned from my education as well as my own experience to help others reach their health goals. I’m on a mission to bring more light, love and balance into the lives of every client. I would love to walk side by side with you on your journey of Always Evolving Health.
